Type IV Review
Type IV permits are quasi-judicial and generally decided by City Council or the Hearing Examiner. These projects may include predecision open record hearings with recommendations to the final decision-maker. Decisions require findings and conclusions. SEPA or critical area appeals are consolidated with the project review unless a determination of significance requires direct appeal to City Council.
